As part of our continuing effort to improve service delivery, a change has been made to the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) enrolment to further strengthen the security of employee personal information by introducing an extra step to authenticate users. This extra step will require that employees enter their Personal Record Identifier (PRI) every time they log into CWA.

The unsecure Basic Tools Pension Calculator and the Service Buyback Estimator, are now no longer available. You can now only access the secure applications for the Pension Calculator and Service Buyback Estimator by logging in to the Active Member Pension Applications (formally known as the Pension Web Applications) part of the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) suite. If your department or organization does not have access to the secure personalized tools, please contact the Public Service Pension Centre, where they would be pleased to provide you with the estimate you are looking for.
