Here you will find a variety of self-service tools designed for active members of the public service pension and group benefit plans. This includes the online pension and group insurance benefits tools which are part of the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) suite of online products. You can use these tools to update your contact information, estimate the cost of buying back past pensionable service, estimate the amount of your future pension, your survivor’s entitlement and apply for and manage your coverage under the Public Service Health Care Plan.
Important
The secure tools are part of the CWA and are only available to Government of Canada employees working for organizations that participate in the release of the CWA. These applications are not accessible from outside the Government of Canada network.

Use this secure Web tool to help you apply for and manage your Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) coverage. This tool is based on the current paper application form.
The Active Member Pension Applications secure portal offers a variety of services that facilitate communication between active members of the public service pension plan and the Government of Canada Pension Centre (Pension Centre). Here, you will receive broadcast messages and announcements, and you will find ways to communicate directly and securely with the Pension Centre through the secure messaging option and the Web Inquiry function.
Also, the Active Member Pension Applications secure portal provides accessibility to the Personalized Pension Tools, where active plan members can perform accurate pension calculations and estimates using real-time data. There are six self-service Personalized Pension Tools: Member Information, Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement, Pension Benefits Calculator (including the Net Pension Calculator), Service Buyback Estimator and the Survivor Benefits Estimator.
Did you know that there are many times throughout your career when the Pension Centre may need to contact you directly to advise you of important pension information? To ensure the Pension Centre is able to communicate with you, please use the Member Information tool to manage your personal information, update your contact information and select your primary choice of language and method of communication.
