Forms that are available on our Web site come in the following format:
.PDF files can be:
- viewed or printed on-screen
- downloaded onto your computer.
Publications for retired members, available on our Web site, include booklets, information kits, and bulletins.
Each publication is available in one or more of the following formats:
HTML files can be:
- viewed or printed on-screen
- downloaded onto your computer.
.PDF files can be:
- viewed or printed on-screen
- downloaded onto your computer.
To access Forms and/or Publications for retired members in .PDF format, download the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader® (www), Foxit Reader (www),
xPDF Reader (www) or xPERT PDF Reader (www) which
allows you to view, navigate, and print .PDF files from all major computer platforms.

View and print
With your Adobe Acrobat Reader®, you can view and print .PDF files just as you would any word-processing file. When the Reader
is installed on your computer, simply click on the hyperlink that leads to the .PDF file.

Download
There are two ways to download a .PDF file onto your computer.

When you are at a hyperlink to the .PDF file but have not yet opened the file:
Microsoft Internet Explorer®: Right-click on the hyperlinked .PDF file name and select "Save Target
As" then save the document in any directory and access the file with your Reader.
Netscape™: Right-click on the hyperlink and select "Save Link As" then save the document in any
directory and access the file with your Reader.

When you have already opened the .PDF file:
Microsoft Internet Explorer®: Select "File" and then "Save As" in your Web browser's
toolbar. Save the document in any directory and access the file with your Reader.
Netscape™: Select "File" and then "Open page" in your Web browser's toolbar.
In the menu box, select "Choose file" and save the document in any directory. Make sure the file specification says
"All types". Access the file with your Reader.

View
Click on a hyperlinked word(s) or image to access the HTML file it is linked to.

Print
Once you have accessed an HTML file, select "File" and then "Print" in your Web browser's toolbar.

Download
Once you have accessed an HTML file, select "File" and then "Save As" in your Web browser's toolbar and
save in a directory.
